Step 3: Reset the Chrome browser Settings:

Open your web browser; i.e., Google Chrome
Go to the top-right corner of the window
Click on the ‘More’ icon that looks like three vertically aligned dots
Select SETTINGS and click ADVANCED
Go to the Reset and Clean Up segment now
Click RESET and then click RESET SETTINGS

Step 4: Restart the computer: Most of the time, the issue is resolved by restarting the device.

Step 5: Browsing Incognito:

Open Google Chrome.
Go to the top right corner of the window and then Click on the 'Menu' icon.
Click on the New Incognito Window options
Try to access the Gmail account in the Incognito window on Google Chrome.
